Omniserve.com - Your Personal Social Networking Portal
Omniserve.com is a personal web portal site with full social networking services built by Omniserve Social networking Service System.
There are ten services available now and support to both free members and premium members. User could either use any browser programs such as Internet Explorer or Firefox at http://www.omniserve.com or use the innovative social networking browser program Omniserve 365 for your multiple social networking sites in one place at same time.
For Facebook users, you could use Omniserve inside your Facebook profile by adding Omniserve application for Facebook at http://apps.facebook.com/omniserve/
Social Bookmark Service
A member could create / modify / share any URL as a favorite bookmark. The favorite item could be public (viewed by any users) or private (viewed by the owner member only). The tags could be associated with the bookmark.
The public bookmark could be shared between any members and the private bookmark could only be shared by the owner.
With Omniserve365 program, a member could click 'Add Favorite' in top panel toolbar at any visited web page without need to enter the title text and URL.
With regular browser like Internet Explorer, a member needs to click 'Add New Favorite' in My Favorite page to manually add any URL as the favorite page.
From My Favorite page, a member could click 'Share' to share the favorite page to any other users.
A member could go to My Account page to allow other people post favorite pages in his / her favorite place.

Social File Bucket Service
A member could go to My Storage page to upload any files without online storage space limitation. The files are stored in private file buckets for private use only. It then could be shares by the file owner to other users.
The file owner could set file share protected by password for downloading by others. If password protected, when file owner shares the file, an email or message will be sent to other users or friends with the password and file page to download the file.
One unique feature of this service is to allow any Internet user sending any file to anyone with email address without sign up as the member. It is the fastest and simplest way to share files and the files are securely hosted on Amazon S3 infrastructure.
A unique URL for each individual shared file could be posted to any web page including you blog or QA and the file owner could delete the file at anytime.
With Omniserve365 program, a member could click 'Send Page / File' to send a screenshot for current visited web page or any local file to any email address. This is another nice and easy way to use the social file bucket service.
1 GB per month data transfer is free to any member. A premium member could get 10 GB data transfer bandwidth per month.
When any member invites 10 other members as the friends or creates more than 30 content pages, 1 year premium membership will be automatically granted during special promotion period.

Social RSS Sharing Service
A member could go to My Page page to create / modify / share their RSS URL as a RSS page.
With Omniserve365 program, any standard RSS URL will be automatically converted into a formatted RSS page with AutoPlay and Add MyRSS page features. It means you may click RSS icon in any webpage to get your own RSS page. It makes RSS reading and sharing never been such easy before.
On top of the any member's RSS pages, there are AutoPlay and Add My RSS Page links.
AutoPlay will show content pages in RSS feed one by one to let user read RSS contents without manually click back and forth.
Add MyRSS Page will allow a member to create his own RSS page from other members.

Social Blog Service
A member could go to My Blog page to create / modify / share their blog pages.
When create or edit a blog, you could use the built-in HTML editor to edit contents with image upload feature.
The members could set their blogs to public or private just like other Omniserve social networking services.
Go to the blog page, the member could choose to share their blog pages to any of their friends. If the blog is the private one, the email or message will embed the blog contents. If the blog is the public one, the email or message will include the blog's unique URL.
All members could make the comments for any public blogs.
A member could go to My Account page to allow other members to post blog pages in their blog place.

Social QA Service
A member could go to My QA page to create / modify / share their QA pages.
When create or edit a QA page, you could use built-in HTML editor to edit question contents with image upload feature.
The members could set their QA page to public or private just like other Omniserve social networking services.
Go to the QA page, the member could choose to share their QA pages to any of their friends. If the question is the private one, the email or message will embed the question contents. If the question is the public one, the email or message will include the question's unique URL.
All members could make the answers for any public question.
The member could go to My Account page to allow other members to post questions in their QA place.

Social Web Page Service
A member could go to My Page page to create / modify / share their custom web pages.
When create or edit a custom web page, you could use built-in HTML editor to edit the HTML elements and make the page layout as you desired.
The members could set their custom web pages to public or private just like other Omniserve social networking services.
The member could choose to share their custom web pages to any of their friends. If the webpage is the private one, the email or message will embed the web page contents. If the webpage is the public one, the email or message will include the web page's unique URL.

Social Shop Service
A member could go to My Shop page to create / modify / share their shop pages which will make a member to sell any products or services very easy without need any programming skills.
If want to use existing web page to sell a product or a service, a member could enter the web page URL (such as the web page in eBay or other websites) into URL field.
If want to directly sell a product or a service, a member should have a PayPal account first which you can get for free at www.paypal.com. Then enter PayPal account (the email address) into PayPal Account field when create or edit the shop page. You could change the Price and choose the Term (perpetual or subscription). It's done. When users click Buy Now or Subscribe Now in your shop page, they will go to your PayPal checkout page to make the payment with credit card. PayPal will send you order confirmation by email and you could login to Paypal to check the transactions.
The members could set their shop pages to public or private just like other Omniserve social networking services.
A member could make a private shop page and then use Share feature to send to their friends or any email address to ask people to make the payment privately.
With Omniserve365 program, the members could track their buy and sell history.

Social Friendship Service
A member could go to My Friend page to view their friend list and go to the friend's home page. To invite a person to be your friend, you could click Invite and enter your friend's email address. The email will be automatically sent and wait for confirmation.
If the person you are invited is Omniserve member already, you will see it at My Friend page Pending List.
If the person you are invited is not the Omniserve.com member yet, he could click accept invitation link from the invitation email to sign up the member for free and become your friend after that.
If the person you are invited is the Omniserve.com member already, he could click accept invitation from the invitation email or message to become your friend immediately.
The friendship will be shown in both member's MyFriend page as the private friend. A member could decide to change friend to public and other people could see on their MyFriend pages.
Another way to have another person become your friend is to do search in Omniserve.com or view other member'ss pages and then click Add friend link to invite such member to become your friend. An invitation will be sent to that member by message and email to wait for acceptance.
You could always use My Message service to directly communicate with your friends and choose automatically send email too.

Social Messaging Service
A member could go to My Message page to compose, read, reply the messages with your friends. You could choose Send Email Also when you send message so your friends will receive by email too automatically.
When your message is read, a notification message will be automatically sent to you. After you read the notification message, it will be automatically removed.
With Ominiserve 365 program, you could read the unread messages one by one by click button from status bar or by auto play from its toolbar.
Social Search Service
A member could go to Search page to search people, favorite, blog, QA, shop, RSS page, custom webpage in Omniserve.com or to search any web page by typing the key words.
The integrated search box also could be found in almost all member created pages to make you do all kind of searches very easy and without leave the site.
With Ominiserve 365 program, you could also do web search from address bar and search bar too. Smart forward and smart auto-play features make you view search result pages more quickly and smartly to reduce the back / forward clicks.
